Dr. Mashchak will be on vacation from Thursday, May 25 through Wednesday, July 15.
The office will be closed but the phone will be monitored for voice messages on Mondays and Thursday. So for schedule related and other non-urgent requests, call and leave a voice messages at any time, and expect answers on Monday and Thurs. Please be sure to leave your full name and birthday with every message. Any and all essential communications to Dr. Mashchak while she is gone, need to be texts, since phone call reception will be inconsistent during her travel.

After five happy years with Erlanger Women’s Health Specialists, Dr. Mashchak has transitioned to solo private practice in her home in Ooltewah, TN. She is dedicated to providing focused quality care for women in their mid-life and menopausal years. She continues making progress with insurance company participation.
As a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist, Dr. Mashchak is trained in bringing balance to hormone levels that leads to a healthier you, while at the same time minimizing risk. She has extensive experience in treating the hormone issues that affect adult women of all ages.
Dr. Mashchak strives not only to meet the medical needs of her patients, but also to ensure that they feel cared for as individuals.

GOOD NEWS: Our doors are open for patients!
We are open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, making appointments between 9am to 3pm.
On other days call and leave a voicemail. Be sure to leave your full name, phone number and birthday. Your sharing the purpose for the appointment and the best time or times to reach you would also be helpful.
Other than cancellation openings, openings for appointments are available in about 6 to 8 weeks.

Dr. Mashchak is happily welcoming her returning patients. New patients 40 years old and older who have needs that fit into Dr. Mashchak's areas of expertise are also welcome.

Dr. Mashchak’s new office location is at her home address, 4884 Sunkist Terrace, Ooltewah, TN, near the new Collegedale Academy Elementary School.
Coming from I-75:
Get off at the Volkswagen-Collegedale exit (Exit 9) and then turn away from the Volkswagen plant towards Collegedale and onto Apison Pike Highway 317.
Continue on Apison Pike Highway 317 until you come to the intersection of Ooltewah-Ringgold Road and Apison Pike Highway 317, commonly referred to as “Four Corners”.
When you reach this intersection, go straight through the next three lights, not turning on Collegedale Parkway, or University Drive, or Tallant Road.
Shortly after the Tallant Road light, turn right onto College Drive and drive for about 1/2 mile until you pass the Collegedale Academy Schools.
Immediately afterwards, turn left onto Sunkist Terrace and follow it up the hill until you see a sign on the left directing you to the entrance of Clarissa Ann Mashchak, MD GYNplus. Turn left at this sign into the driveway.
You may park anywhere you choose except next to the retaining wall as that blocks the driveway for other vehicles.
If you are very familiar with the other approaches to Collegedale, and chose an alternative route, go directly to the intersection of Ooltewah-Ringgold Road and Apison Pike Highway 317. After reaching the intersection of Ooltewah-Ringgold Road and Apison Pike Highway 317, the above bolded instructions may be quite useful.
